Zero Discharge Plants

Advanced Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plants by Keshav Chemicals & Engineering | Sustainable Industrial Wastewater Solutions
Achieve 100% water recovery with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plants by Keshav Chemicals & Engineering. Our custom ZLD systems help industries meet environmental norms, reduce freshwater costs, and recover valuable resources.

Transform Waste into Value with High-Efficiency ZLD Systems

In an era of water scarcity and stringent environmental regulations are the new normal, Kehav Chemicals & Engineering provides state-of-the-art Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plants designed to eliminate liquid waste and maximize water reuse.

Our ZLD solutions are engineered to ensure that your facility releases zero liquid effluent into the environment, converting wastewater into high-quality recycled water and solid, disposable (or reusable) by-products.

Why Choose Kehav Chemicals & Engineering for ZLD?

We understand that every industrial process is unique. Our team specializes in designing customized ZLD systems that balance capital investment with long-term operational efficiency.

01. 99% Water Recovery:

Our systems are designed to recover nearly all process water, drastically reducing your dependency on fresh water sources.

02. Regulatory Compliance:

Stay ahead of CPCB/SPCB norms and environmental mandates with a “Zero Discharge” certification.

03. Resource Recovery:

Extract valuable salts and minerals from your waste stream, turning a disposal cost into a potential revenue stream.

04. Energy-Efficient Design:

We utilize advanced Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) and Multi-Effect Evaporators (MEE) to minimize energy consumption.

Our Core ZLD Technology & Process

A robust ZLD system requires a multi-stage approach. At Keshav Chemicals & Engineering, we integrate the following technologies to ensure reliability:
  1. Pre-Treatment & Filtration: Removal of suspended solids and organic matter using ultrafiltration and chemical conditioning.
  2. Reverse Osmosis (RO): High-efficiency membranes concentrate the brine and recover the first 60–80% of clean water.
  3. Evaporation (MEE/MVR): The remaining brine is heated in advanced evaporators to separate water vapor from dissolved contaminants.
  4. Crystallization: The final stage where the concentrated slurry is converted into solid crystals (dry cake) for safe disposal or industrial reuse.

Industries We Serve

Our Zero Liquid Discharge plants are ideal for high-impact sectors, including:

• Chemical & Petrochemical: Handling complex toxic effluents.
• Pharmaceutical: Meeting high-purity water requirements and strict waste norms.
• Textile & Dyeing: Recovering water from high-color and high-salt dye baths.
• Power Plants: Managing cooling tower blowdown and ash pond water.
• Food & Beverage: Ensuring sustainable water cycles in production.
